We concentrate solely on UK business. However, we can write UK domiciled businesses who undertake some work overseas. Our facility is able to accommodate Risk Portfolio Transfers and/or Scheme Transfers and we can consider special rates in these areas.

Ren Beaumont

Ren joined Prosure in July 2021 and works as an Underwriting Assistant in the Administration Team. Prior to starting his insurance career with Prosure, Ren worked at Wickes for 4 years whilst studying and graduating from the UCA with a degree in Computer Animation Arts. Outside of work, Ren has a broad range of interests including hanging out with his dog, driving (sometimes driving with his dog!), drawing digital art both for pleasure and private customised work and has an impressive collection of Hot Wheel toys, over 200 and counting.

Elliot Bickell

Elliot joined Prosure in November 2023 as his first job in insurance, having previously worked at a theme park, a bar and a supermarket whilst studying. He works as an Underwriting Assistant in the Administration and Operations Team. When not working, Elliot has a keen interest in building computers from scratch, which comes in handy if anyone’s PC is not working properly! Also, he likes gaming online with friends, combined with going to the gym and nights out socialising.

Michael Comfort

Mike joined Prosure in August 2023 and works in the Renewals team as an Underwriter. Previously, Mike worked in the Lloyd’s, MGA and Company markets for over a decade, specialising in professional indemnity and therefore bringing great experience and knowledge to his role at Prosure. When not working, Mike enjoys watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, being old enough to actually remember them winning an FA Cup which coincides neatly with his other passion of reading about history, presumably some of which is also about Spurs and their past triumphs.

Danielle Crouzieres

Danielle started at Prosure in June 2018 and works as an Underwriting Assistant in the New Business Team. Before that, Danielle worked in the retail sector. Danielle’s outside interests include countryside walks, going away on holiday as much as possible, and shopping which she refers to as ‘retail therapy.’ She also enjoys experiencing new places to go ‘brunching’ and has built up quite a long list of favourite places!

Katie Fagan

Katie joined Prosure in September 2021 and works as an Underwriter in the Renewals Team. Katie has been in the insurance market since 2000, working for companies such as Norwich Union, Newline and Catlin and has been underwriting for the majority of this time, therefore bringing a vast amount of PI experience into Prosure. Outside of work, Katie likes spending time with her family, going to music concerts and having as many holidays as she can. She is also a keen and competent swimmer.

Olivia Hazzard

Liv joined Prosure in October 2020 and works as an Underwriting Assistant in the New Business Team. Prior to starting her insurance career with Prosure, Liv worked at Waitrose whilst studying at school. Outside of work, Liv likes to go to the gym, have as many holidays as possible, put her mind to learning new things and play and watch sport, particularly netball in which she excels as a Goal Attack.

Sarah Livesey

Sarah joined Prosure in September 2019 and works as an Underwriter in the New Business team. Prior to joining Prosure she worked for a number of UK and Lloyd’s insurers focussing on PI and D&O and also some broking houses, so she has brought a vast amount of experience and knowledge with her. Outside of work Sarah enjoys having days out with her son and walks with her dog along with playing in a rounders league in the summer months and is a keen gaming player in the winter months.

Andrew Lucia

Andy co-founded Prosure in 2012 and is the company’s COO. Andy has been in the Insurance market since 1992, working in the UK and international financial lines insurance sectors, including the running of the APIA and RIBA broking departments at Heath Lambert. Prior to joining Prosure he co-managed the Professional Risk division at Oxygen specialising in MGA’s, Schemes and Risk Portfolio Transfers until the purchase in August 2011 by Arthur J Gallagher. Andy likes most sport, notably football, athletics and cycling, going to indie/rock gigs, collecting signed memorabilia, languages and travel and trying out new restaurants. His favourite pastime is learning and performing magic, especially his bending coin trick!

Sophie McLoone

Sophie has been with Prosure since the very beginning, joining in September 2012 and works as an Underwriter in the New Business Team along with being the company’s Operations Manager. Before that, Sophie worked in the retail sector. Outside of work, Sophie loves walks with her dog, visiting new places, dancing, socialising in the City and brunching with big groups of friends, which inevitably continues into more dancing and socialising afterwards!

Amanda McMurdie

Amanda joined Prosure in September 2022 and manages the company’s Administration Team. Before starting at Prosure, Amanda was a customer service and office manager and has worked solidly in admin for over ten years. When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her three grown-up children and likes to visit historic places, which fuels her passion for history. She especially loves Marrakech with its architecture, culture and, of course, its hot weather. She is also a Northern Soul music enthusiast and she travels around the UK to attend dance events.

Charlie started at Prosure in September 2022 and works as an Underwriting Assistant in the Administration Team. Prior to starting his insurance career with Prosure, Charlie worked as a chef, so he knows exactly what it means to work hard! Outside of work, Charlie likes reading, with Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings and the Harry Potter series being his favourites, along with watching Marvel and Tarantino films and walking his golden doodle dog Mac. Charlie is also a keen football fan.

Mark Owens

Mark joined Prosure in October 2023, crossing the line from broker to underwriter. Mark’s broking career has been over twenty years, working at several established broking houses and placing a variety of complicated PI placements. When Mark is not working he enjoys playing golf to a decent standard with a handicap of 14, undertaking gruelling F45 functional fitness training sessions, cycling, hiking, and muay thai. Good job he is so active as he is a keen foodie – both cooking and eating!

Cayla Pienaar

Cayla has been with Prosure since October 2022 and is an Underwriting Assistant in the Administration Team. Prior to joining Prosure, Cayla worked as a customer relations employee at a service station where she also prepared products for the sales floor, which was subsequent to having finished schooling and travelling around Thailand. Outside of work, Cayla continues to enjoy travelling to explore different countries and cultures and is also very keen on nutrition and fitness. She will be making sure at Prosure that the quality of her policy documentation is always in good shape!

George Salisbury

George has been at Prosure since September 2023, working as an Underwriting Assistant in the Operations and Administration Team. Prior to joining Prosure, George was a specialised tour operator for 7 years, working in various departments including marketing, sales and reservations and flights. Outside of work, George has a passion for photography, from landscapes to portraits and everything in between. He is also a film fanatic and loves hiking, especially to new places like the Lake District. He is a fan of craft beer, stating that ‘you can never drink the same beer twice.’

Ren Beaumont

Lee co-founded Prosure in 2012 and is the company’s CUO. Lee joined the Insurance industry in 1986 and has worked in the financial lines sector throughout his career working for several of the world’s largest insurance brokers. Lee co-managed the Professional Risks division at Oxygen until August 2011 when the division was purchased by Arthur J Gallagher and specialised in UK financial lines MGA’s, Schemes and Risk Portfolio Transfers. Lee likes most sport, including football, darts and athletics, along with reading and going to the cinema and theatre. He also has a large collection of music, both vinyl and CDs, and is definitely the most valuable player you can have in your quiz team!

Alex Townsend

Alex started his career at Prosure in October 2022 as an Underwriter in the New Business Team. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Broker/Account Handler for almost three years in the London Wholesale market and has been in Professional Indemnity since 2017, dealing with both UK and Irish PI, D&O, Technology, Cyber and Medical Malpractice, so brings great experience to Prosure. When not working, Alex is a keen football fan, supporting the blue side of Manchester, although he is adamant this goes back a lot further than their recent success. He is also passionate about history and is well travelled, from Stoke on Trent to the Balearic Islands. He also spends a lot of time running but perhaps not running from his home in Southend to the Midlands!

Clare Viner

Clare has been with Prosure since November 2020 and works as an Underwriter in the Renewals Team. Before joining Prosure, Clare had various admin roles within the NHS and Manufacturing sectors whilst also raising her two children, but prior to that had a career in insurance as a broker in PI, Medical Malpractice, D&O and Bankers Blanket Bond risks for over 10 years. Clare likes reading, walking her dog, going to the cinema and has also started to learn paddle boarding – her intention is to master it one day without getting drenched!

Michael Kofi-Sikah

With over twenty-five years of experience in the London insurance market, Michael began his career as a graduate at JLT Risk Solutions Ltd. Broking positions held include experience in Credit insurance, Fine Art & Specie, Professional Indemnity and Warranties & Indemnities. Broking roles also include an AVP position at Marsh FINPRO, broking Commercial D&O and Financial Institutions product lines in the UK, International and North American markets. Michael's underwriting career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe in 2006, where he held the position of Senior Financial Lines Underwriter; underwriting Commercial D&O and Financial Institutions products in the UK and international markets.

Charles Wilmot

Charlie is an experienced Financial Lines underwriter, specialising in Directors and Officers liability and Financial Institutions risks. With a career spanning more than two decades across leading Lloyd’s and global (re)insurers, Charlie started his career at Chubb insurance companies of Europe as a graduate trainee in 1999. With a focus on developing tailored solutions for SME and complex risks, Charlie led the wholesale commercial D&O and Financial institutions portfolio for Liberty International Underwriters from 2003 to 2017, establishing Liberty as a trusted market leader for D&O and FI coverage.
